waiting for the Easter.

What are your plans for the Easter?
I've just looked to these photos and I realized I have to make something special for this year!
I find these marbleized Easter eggs in the first photo just gorgeous - it would be really nice to try to color them like that. So I'm planning to do it this year and here's a very nice description how to do it if you want to give it a try as well.
Moreover, I was thinking about the chocolate cake, but these cupcakes look soooo pretty and the colors are just the colors of spring, aren't they? Unfortunately, I don't have the special form for cupcakes, but, anyway, here's the recipe if you would like to try them.
Or maybe I will buy the form. But I'm 100% sure that if I'll try to bake them, they won't be looking that good as in the picture. Sometimes this saying fits for my kitchen, I have to remember it sometimes:).

What are you up to this weekend, my darlings? I'm totally buried with work as I have 3 tests in a row starting Monday. 

Bbbhhhh. 

Just like it wouldn't be enough - the weather is delightful outside! Soon everything will bloom here, like in the picture (I love that car, by the way!)! So I hope you will get out and have some fun (unlike me:).

have a blooming weekend.

My darlings, I won't say anymore that I don't have time to write the blog - it's obvious and I'm sorry.
But when I find time to write something - I'm doing it.
What's your plan for the weekend?
I had a cozy Friday evening with my lovely friend Sonata, we watched Despicable me, have you seen it? It's my favorite animation movie! These yellow things are soooooo funny and lovely, their laugh is so catching!
On the Saturday evening I'm going to this lindy hop party (for Lithuanian readers I highly recommend it:)! There will be a live playing band and some cool lindy hop dancers, who will show us some tricks. Of course, we can dance there as well, but I'm not sure if that's going to happen, as I find myself at such a low level, haha. Anyway, our group knows at least this shim sham line dance, haha (here's the global shim sham! You can see Lithuanians very very shortly dancing in Vilnius at 3:05!).
And for Sunday, I would love to spend some time with H. Murakami book I told you about - things are going weird there. I have to catch up with them.
And I will be hoping for a warm weather, although it will be perhaps one more month since in Lithuania we will see some blooming trees, but I'm already waiting for them to bloom!
Oh spring, come home!
