Inspiration Monday.

Don't you dare say it's not beautiful - even if you're not a Harry Potter fan:).
If you ask me - I read all the books and saw all the movies, so yes, I'm a fan.
Although I'm often a bit skeptical about things loved by a mass of people. But J. K. Rowling - well, that's an imagination.
Last summer I read the last book of Harry Potter and I wondered if J. K. Rowling is going to write something better than these wonderful books in the future. I was also thinking what it's like to live a life further when you have already accomplished such a huge achievement and had such an enormous success. After it you will always be forced somehow to align to that work. It should be tough, don't you think?
I got too deep, but anyway, read books, enjoy summer & have a magic week!

every part of you is just another part of me.

[...] how the river finds its way to the sea, notice, every part of you is just another part of me.

happy Father's day!

They say that from the instant he lays eyes on her, a father adores his daughter. Whoever she grows up to be, she is always to him that little girl in pigtails. She makes him feel like Christmas. In exchange, he makes a secret promise not to see the awkwardness of her teenage years, the mistakes she makes or the secrets she keeps. ~ Anonymous

Have a cozy weekend with your dads!

I was looking A MONTH for this song!!!! It's such a perfect lindy hop song!
It already was becoming the question of principles for me to find it..
Whew, FINALLY.
P. S. The lyrics are a bit... hm. Well, listen yourself.
P. S. P. S. Lindy hop flash mob in the airport!

[..] flooded with blood redness our hollow homes..

As today is a very important date for every Lithuanian, I want to share this wonderful Lithuanian song by Ieva Norkutė.
I found an English translation, the lyrics are just breathtaking, so I recommend you to get into them deeply. This melody somehow plays with our hearts and the only thing that is on my mind at that moment is my loveliest homeland.
I won't post any of historical facts - I think you will find it yourself if you are interested.
P. S. I'm really sorry of being lost this week, I promise next week I will catch up with you!

P. S. this song on repeat for the last (!) crispy October weekend!

[...] she handled her charm with time and slight of hand, and oh

Do you want to go to the seaside?
I'm not trying to say that everybody wants to go
I fell in love at the seaside
I handled my charm with time and slight of hand

Do you want to go to the seaside?
I'm not trying to say that everybody wants to go
I fell in love at the seaside
She handled her charm with time and slight of hand, and oh

But I'm just trying to love you
In any kind of way
But I find it hard to love you girl
When you're far away
Away
